Registration for IFDM 2010 is currently open!

Advance registration for IFDM 2010 has ended.
You can still register on-site at the Wilshire Grand Hotel. To register onsite, please visit the Registration and Information Desk; staff will be available to assit you. Please know that immediate payment by check or credit card will be required.

Registration Fees
IFDM 2010 Early Registration: $625 USD Register by July 15, 2010
IFDM 2010 Regular Registration: $750 USD
IFDM 2010 Late Registration: $800 USD Registrations after September 7, 2010
Please note all registrations are payable in US Dollars to the IAIABC. Payment of all registrations fees must be received by Tuesday, September 7, 2010. After this date, a $50 late payment fee will be added. Immediate payment, via credit card, is required for all registrations received after September 7, 2010.
Registration Includes
Registration fee includes conference materials, one ticket to the IFDM 2010 Welcoming Reception (September 19), one ticket to the IFDM/IAIABC President's Reception (September 21), and continental breakfasts and buffet lunches (September 20-22).
Optional Events Available for Purchase
The following events are also available for purchase to individuals attending IFDM 2010:
IAIABC Annual Convention 2010 (held September 22-23): $300 USD
IFDM Welcoming Reception Guest Ticket (September 19): $75 USD
IFDM/IAIABC President's Reception Guest Ticket (September 21): $100 USD
IAIABC Annual Banquet and Dance Guest Ticket (September 23): $125 USD
Cancellations
The IAIABC reserves the right to cancel the International Forum on Disability Management 2010 and return all registration fees. All registrations are fully transferable to another attendee, provided we are notified in writing up to the first day of the event. We will gladly refund any payments, less a $75 processing fee, for cancellations received in writing 15 days prior to the opening event. After that, no refunds will be given.
